Black Salmon Buys US Bank Center in Phoenix

The 375,000-square-foot class-A office building traded hands for $92 million.

Black Salmon has acquired the US Bank Center in Phoenix for $92 million in a joint venture with ScanlanKemperBard Companies. The JV plans to invest an additional $9 million in property improvements and $6 million in leasing. The class-A property is 375,000 square feet.

The high-rise is currently 83% leased to a tenant roster that includes WeWork and Jacobs Engineering Group.

In addition, the property includes a seven-story parking garage in a designated opportunity zone.
