ASC's Jentry Anderson

Up and coming net lease industry professional Jentry Anderson, a commercial real estate recruiter at ASC, is changing the way investment sales brokers measure their value within the industry, and helps companies identify and attract top talent.

"The value she is bringing to her clients is unprecedented within the recruiting world of net lease brokerage," say her colleagues. Like a sports agent, they continued, "she is evaluating the skills, track-record and goals of her clients, and connecting those clients with organizations whom invest in the talent she represents."

Her background includes growing up with a father who is an executive at CBRE and she has always found the industry fascinating and admired the hard work and dynamic personalities of the successful individuals she saw within the industry.

As an agent for her clients, Jentry reviews historical transaction data, discusses the client's current areas of dissatisfaction, as well as career and financial goals. Both the brokers and the companies have increased production and revenue as a result of Jentry making the hire.

What drives her? The ability to help brokers make career decisions which make a major impact on their lives. Jentry views herself as an advocate, a deal-maker and a mediator. Her immediate goals are to help the people she serves. Long-term, she wants to change the way companies attract and maintain the loyalty of top commercial real estate talent.

GlobeSt.com's first ever "People to Watch" series is highlighting individuals across all disciplines of commercial real estate who have and are continuing to make an impact on the industry. Stay tuned for many more profiles from tomorrow's leaders.
