Transwestern Development Co. is building a two-building, 337,856-square-foot industrial facility on a 22.34-acre site in Eastvale, CA. The site is one of the last developable land sites in the Eastvale submarket of the Inland Empire.
The class-A facility will feature fenced and secure truck courts, ESFR fire suppression and extra yard trailer storage. Building one will total 267,652 square feet and have 36-foot ceiling clearance, with building two encompassing 70,704 square feet and a 32-foot ceiling clearance.
It will deliver in spring 2020.
