Monrovia Landing has traded hands for $30.5 million. A joint venture between Telos Capital and Warner Pacific Properties sold the grocery-anchored center to an unnamed buyer based in Los Angeles.
Located at 723-737 E. Huntington Drive, the property is 100% leased to credit tenants, including Aldi, T.J.Maxx/HomeGoods, ULTA Beauty and O'Reilly.
CBRE vice chairman Philip D. Voorhees, Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade represented the seller in the deal.
