Stockdale Capital Partners sells the 147,000-square-foot Third Street Medical Center.
Stockdale purchased the property in 2016 as a strategic value-add play. The firm brought it from 68% occupancy to 90% occupancy in three years, recruiting tenants like AltaMed and U.S. Renal Care.
