Atlas Senior Living Acquires Two New Communities
The Shepherd senior living communities are located in Savannah, GA and Madison AL, totaling 208 units.
SAVANNAH, GA – Atlas Senior Living has acquired two Shepherd senior living communities.
The senior living acquisitions consist of Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters, a 104-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in greater Savannah, GA, and Shepherd Living at The Range in Madison, AL, a 104-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community.
The newly constructed Class A communities offer resort-style living and more than 15,000 square feet of spa and wellness space. The pet-friendly communities are each situated on more than 10 acres of land, featuring greenhouses, farm-to-table Southern cooking, charitable involvement opportunities and a monthly farmer’s market.
Meridian Capital Group managing directors, Ari Adlerstein and Ari Dobkin arranged the acquisition and financing.
Atlas Senior Living, based in Birmingham, AL, has numerous communities throughout the Southeastern US.
