A private investor from California has acquired the Rosewood Apartments in Glendale, a suburb of Phoenix. The seller, also based in California, sold the property for $18.7 million.

Rosewood Apartments is a garden-style community built in 1984. It has a mix of 96 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, and 56 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units. Rosewood Apartments include large closets, patio/balcony, and well-equipped kitchens.

ABI Multifamily's Alon Shnitzer, Rue Bax, John Kobierowski, Eddie Chang and Doug Lazovick represented both the buyer and seller.
