Kelley Drye & Warren Lease Space at 3 World Trade Center
The law firm is relocating from Midtown to the 103,000 SF space in Downtown Manhattan.
NEW YORK – Silverstein Properties has announced that Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has signed a 15-year lease at 3 World Trade Center in Downtown Manhattan.
The 103,000-square-foot lease encompasses the 66th, 67th and 68th floors of the new tower, which completed construction and opened in June of 2018. Kelley Drye & Warren LLP will serve as the first law firm in the high-tech, sustainable office building, joining tenants such as GroupM, Diageo, Better.com, Casper, IEX and Hudson River Trading.
The firm plans to relocate in 2020 from its current offices in Midtown at 101 Park Avenue. The new office will serve as one of the firm’s nine office locations throughout the US and Belgium.
Silverstein Properties executive vice president, Jeremy Moss and vice president of leasing, Camille McGratty led negotiations on behalf of the landlord, alongside CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Adam Foster, Evan Haskell, Steve Eynon, David Caperna and Rob Hill. Bob Bickford led negotiations on behalf of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, which was represented by Transwestern’s Patrick Heeg and Ryan McKinney.
