Industrial REIT Rexford Industrial has completed more than $122 million in transaction activity. The investor acquires a five-property industrial portfolio for $110.3 million and disposes of two assets for $12.8 million.
The acquisitions include 3150 E. Ana Street in Rancho Dominguez, purchased for $18.8 million; 1402 Avenida Del Oro purchased for $73.6 million; 18115 S. Main Street, purchased in an off-market transaction for $6.8 million; 5725 Eastgate Drive in San Diego, purchased for $8.2 million; and 3340 N. San Fernando Road in Los Angeles, purchased for $3 million. The sales include 6,562 square-foot industrial condo unit located at 939 Poinsettia Avenue in Vista, and a 62,395-square-foot multi-tenant complex located at 2350-2384 Orangethorpe Avenue and 1631 Placentia Avenue, in Fullerton.
The properties traded with cash on hand.
