James Graber has been named national leader of senior housing and healthcare valuation and advisory services at CBRE. With the title of managing director, Grader will lead a national team on valuation and advisory services.
Graber will focus on senior housing assets, including active adult, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and continuing care retirement communities. The team's list of services includes asset intelligence to lenders, health systems, physician groups, local and national investment firms, development and operating companies, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, private equity firms, pension funds, and REITs.
He has 13 years of experience in senior housing and healthcare.
