TerraCap Management has acquired the Denver Corporate Center I and II for $71.7 million from a joint venture between Bridge Investment Group Partners and DPC Cos. The two-building property totals 381,466 square feet.

The property is located in the Denver Tech Center, and is located by I-25, I-225 and the Belleview Light Rail Station, providing numerous transportation options.

Tim Richey and Charley Will of CBRE represented the sellers, and Citizens Bank provided debt financing for TerraCap.
