Invesco Real Estate and TA Realty Advisors have separately acquired a 10-building industrial portfolio in Las Vegas for $117 million from a private family trust in two separate transactions. The deal shows the strength of the Las Vegas industrial market.
Invesco purchased four of the trust's buildings totaling 651,210 square feet in North Las Vegas. TA Realty Advisors purchased the additional six buildings in the portfolio, which total 350,000 square feet and is based in Southwest Las Vegas.
Colliers International capital markets executive managing director Michael Kendall and associate Gian Carlo Bruno in Irvine partners with Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, Paul Sweetlands, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Las Vegas on this deal.
