GPI Acquires Industrial Manufacturing Facility for $84M
The investor buys a 200,000-square-foot facility in El Segundo in the markets’ historic aerospace research and manufacturing hub.
The property is located at 2031 East Mariposa and was originally built in the 1940s. Now, the building houses the research and design headquarters of a major Fortune 500 corporation.
