Hanley Expands Retail Investment Team

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has hired Matt Burnett as EVP. Burnett will advise clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties.

Burnett joins the firm from CBRE. He has completed more than 200 lease transactions and has been involved in the sale of nearly $1 billion in retail assets.

He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both history and legal studies. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
