SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ— Samuel & Sons Passementerie has signed a 21,156-square-foot lease deal at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' 10-12 Horizon Blvd. Industrial building here.

The New York City-headquartered manufacturing firm's lease at 10-12 Horizon Blvd. will provide the company with a strategically located warehouse and distribution facility to support its showrooms and manage shipments to customers around the world, according to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

10-12 Horizon Blvd is a 57,225-square-foot, single-story industrial building that features eight loading docks and is located less than a mile from Teterboro Airport and is just over 15 miles from Port Newark. The property provides access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 3 and 46, and Interstate 80.

Andrew Stypa of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and Andrew Somple, SIOR, of NAI James E. Hanson represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction.
