Greystar has launched pre-leasing efforts at the Pullman, its latest project in Denver. Located in Downtown Denver, the Pullman is a 13-story, 168-unit apartment and retail mixed-use community.
The tech-forward community has one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and two-story penthouses. Apartments range in size from 819 to 3,784 square feet with high-end features including high-end stainless-steel appliances and sleek modern finishes, including quartz countertops, wood-style flooring and custom wood cabinetry.
The property is scheduled to open later this year. Rents for units start at $2,785.
