Presidium at Revelstoke Presidium recently broke ground on Presidium at Revelstoke near Alliance Town Center.

FORT WORTH—Presidium has broken ground on Presidium at Revelstoke, a residential community in Alliance Town Center, North Fort Worth's shopping and dining hub. The first building is expected to be completed in late 2020.

The three-story 466,515-square-foot development will be the first multifamily community in proximity to the Town Center that integrates SMART technology into units. This SMART technology will allow residents to control the temperature, access and lighting in the homes from wireless devices.
