MIAMI—Commercial brokerage firm CBRE reports that a team led by Eric Fixler of Marcus & Millichap has joined CBRE Capital Markets' Debt & Structured Finance team to focus on the South Florida region.
Fixler, who has more than 17 years commercial real estate experience, along with Joe Landsberg, Austin Levine and Andrew Hagaman, have joined the firm's Boca Raton office. The team joins CBRE from Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.

Fixler joins CBRE as a senior vice president. He has previously held roles at Walker & Dunlop and its predecessor company Johnson Capital and Meridian Capital where he successfully closed financing transactions in excess of $400 million annually. In 2008, Fixler founded EF Capital.
Landsberg joins as a vice president with CBRE. During his career, he has closed financing transactions in excess of $50 million. Landsberg has also held roles at Meridian Capital and Foxtons PLC in the United Kingdom.\
Levine joins the firm as vice president from MMCC where he closed transactions with a variety of lenders in excess of $65 million and was named Fort Lauderdale Rookie of the Year in 2018.
