NEW YORK CITY – SL Green Realty Corp.'s One Vanderbilt, a 1.7 million-square-foot tower occupying one full city block west of Grand Central Terminal, has topped out at 58-stories stretching 1,401-feet high.
One Vanderbilt broke ground in October 2016 against a 2020 completion deadline. The structure, ranked as the city's second-tallest commercial building, is coming to a close more than two months ahead of schedule.
