1900 Gallows Rd.

WASHINGTON, DC—Brandywine Realty Trust has sold 1900 Gallows Rd., here for $35 million. The buyer of the 210,000-square foot building is Foulger-Pratt. Newmark Knight Frank's Jud Ryan and James Cassidy closed the sale on behalf of Brandywine.

"1900 Gallows is perfectly positioned to capitalize on the momentum in Tysons, the Washington region's hottest market in terms of rent growth," Ryan said in prepared remarks. He said there was a great deal of interest from institutional and private investors, adding that a strategic capital investment in the building could command up to 40% higher rents.

The eight-story is located within half a mile from the Greensboro and Tysons Corner Metrorail stations.
