A 121,883-square-foot portion of the Foothill Ranch Towne Center master planned community has sold between two private buyers for $22.3 million. The 1 million square-foot master-planned regional retail center is anchored by Walmart and Target.

Located at 36532 Towne Center Drive in Lake Forest, the property is 100% occupied by five tenants including national credit tenant At Home Furnishings as anchor.

NKF vice chairman Pete Bethea and senior managing directors Rob Ippolito and Glenn Rudy represented the seller, Foothill Ranch LLC. The buyer was a private family trust.
