NEW YORK CITY- Real estate investment firm Fisher Brothers has leased 93,542 square feet of its Plaza District Tower, dubbed Park Avenue Plaza, to General Atlantic Service Company.

Since 2007, growth equity firm General Atlantic occupied the property. Currently, the tenant occupies its global headquarters across 62,340 square feet on the 32nd and 33rd floors.

Contract terms will include the company expanding to 31,202 square feet on the 31st floor of the tower starting July 2020, and concurrent to General Atlantic’s lease of its headquarters in the tower until 2039.

“The Plaza District’s premier address, Park Avenue Plaza, continues to serve as the global headquarters of top-tier financial firms that seek an exclusive office environment in the heart of Midtown,” said Fisher Brothers Partner Winston Fisher, in a prepared statement.

Fisher Brothers have been busy signing leases of a similar caliber at Park Avenue Plaza, which include a lease agreement with blue-chip advisory firms Evercore and Duff & Phelps. Evercore grew its footprint at the tower to 350,000 square feet and extended its lease through 2034, while Duff & Phelps secured a 91,019-square-foot direct lease, after subleasing 62,413 square feet since 2007. Other financial firms on the tower’s tenant roster include Court Square Capital Partners, Intercontinental Exchange and Morgan Stanley.
