EAST ORANGE, NJ—Building owner J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. has signed a lease deal with Prime Global Solutions for 30,390 square feet at its redeveloped 11-41 Sussex Ave. industrial building here.

The CBRE team of Lou Belfer and Scott Belfer spearheaded the leasing campaign on behalf of J.G. Petrucci and negotiated the long-term lease transaction. Targeted occupancy is planned for October 2019. Prime Global Solutions was represented by Monica Franco and Priscilla Teixeira, corporate account managers at Commercial Realty Partners, LLC in the lease deal.

The $30-million redevelopment project is also home wholesale roofing distributor ABC Supply Co., Inc., which signed a 30,000-square-foot lease at the property in December 2019. The property is J.G. Petrucci's second project with ABC Supply.

Headquartered in City of Industry, CA, PGS will occupy half of the 60,000-square-foot building. The property is located near the Port of Newark/Elizabeth and directly off of Route 280. The state-of-the-art industrial facility boasts seven loading docks, 28-foot ceilings, trailer storage and 2,000 square feet of office space.
