Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT has sold a building in the Denver Tech Center for $48.8 million. Located at 7601 Technology Way, the property is a 191,368-square-foot class-A building.
Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT purchased the asset as part of a portfolio deal in 2015. It executed a successful leasing campaign, signing leases with Jackson National Life Insurance Co. and Zoom Video Communications.
Mike Winn and Tim Richey of CBRE Capital Markets represented the REIT. The building was sold to a real estate investment trust.
