Bridge Development Partners has hired Heather Crossner as SVP in the firm's Los Angeles office. In her new role, Crossner will oversee project entitlements as well as political, community and public relations during project development. She will also assist landowners, developers, and community members in navigating the development process.

Crossner joins the firm from Latham & Watkins, where she spent 13 years as Counsel in the Los Angeles office. Her experience includes Village at Westfield Topanga, a mixed-use complex with 444,744 square feet of retail space and a Costco, and approval for future development of 285,000 square feet of office space and a 275-key high-rise hotel.

At Bridge, she will expand her work beyond legal matters and fully embrace her passion of guiding stakeholders through complicated project approval processes, addressing resident concerns and comments, and facilitating the shared vision of both Bridge Development and city leadership to ensure mutually beneficial projects.
