Canadian Investor Sells Arizona Surgery Center

A Canadian investor has sold the Sonoran Desert Surgery Center in Phoenix for an undisclosed price. Located at 895 S. Dobson Rd. in Chandler, the property is fully occupied by The Pain Center of Arizona.

The class-A ambulatory surgery center and medical clinic building was built in 2008. Constructed on a 1.26-acre site, the building contains two Class C ORs, a procedures room, clinic space and expansion room at below-market rental rates.

Mindy Korth, EVP with Colliers International in Arizona, represented 895 Dobson LP, an Arizona limited partnership based in North Vancouver, BC Canada in the sale transaction. She also represented them in the acquisition of the property in 2014.
