HOUSTON—MetroNational, a Houston-based, privately held real estate investment, development and management company, plans a 4-acre mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Bunker Hill Road and the Katy Freeway. The mixed-use project comprised of residential, office and retail will be constructed on one of the last remaining undeveloped corner tracts in the Katy Freeway corridor between 610 and Beltway 8.
