Alfred Sanzari Completes Outdoor Amenities at Glenpointe Office Campus

TEANECK, NJ—Developer Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has completed work on its 22,000-square-foot outdoor amenity at its Glenpointe office complex here.
The developer held a tenants-only event for “The Green” at Glenpointe last week. Tenants savored food and drinks and enjoyed the beautiful fall weather on The Green’s tiered patio and participated in lawn games such as cornhole, life-size Connect Four, and ping pong.
“We’re really proud of our team, who worked tirelessly on revitalizing Glenpointe’s most prominent outdoor common area. The Green is a great example of Glenpointe’s live/work environment for the tenant population. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises works hard every day to keep Glenpointe amongst the top, Class A office campuses in the state of New Jersey,” says Ryan Sanzari, COO of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which developed, owns and manages Glenpointe.
The exclusive tenant event was hosted in collaboration with Better Spaces, a flexible, solutions-focused amenity and tenant engagement service, that Glenpointe tapped earlier this year to drive tenant engagement at the campus through a unique mix of programming centered around promoting employees’ personal and professional wellness.
“This event is just one of the many ways we are working to enhance the tenant experience across the campus,” says Jacquie Gibbs Berry, community manager for The Pointe, who operates the Better Spaces program at Glenpointe. “In addition to pop-ups and special events like this one some of our most popular activities to-date have been our daily yoga and meditation sessions, nature walks, professional workshops, sip and paint sessions, DIY workshops and ping pong tournaments. We’re focused on increasing engagement among tenants and providing opportunities for some fun and relaxation throughout the day.”
Glenpointe currently has a wide range of office space available ranging from 1,500 to 120,000 square feet with 52,000 to 102,000 square feet of expansion potential.
