Space Investment Partners has acquired the 39,000-square-foot Westport Plaza & Square in Costa Mesa for $18.9 million. Space acquired the property for its strong cash flow. Tenants include Etoile on 17th fashion, fitness, and dance; Plums Café and Catering; Common Thread clothing store, and Shunka Sushi, among others.

The property was built in 1975 and renovated in 2002 and again in 2018. It has been 100% leased for the last decade.

CBRE's National Retail Partners-West retail experts Philip Voorhees, Jimmy Slusher and Sean Heitzler represented the seller, Wohl Investment Company, a Newport Beach-based private real estate management firm.
