Court Plaza North Office Building Reaches Full Occupancy

HACKENSACK, NJ—Alfred Sanzari Enterprises reports that its 160,00-square-foot Court Plaza North office building here has achieved full occupancy.
The milestone was reached thanks to a recent lease deal totaling 2,342 square feet of space with Proserve Consulting. Court Plaza North is one of three buildings that make up Court Plaza, a 335,000-square-foot Class-A office complex located at 19/21/25 Main St. in Hackensack.
Stephen Jennings of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Steven Muller of Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC represented Proserve Consulting in the transaction.
Court Plaza North is a six-story Class-A office building located in the heart of Downtown Hackensack steps from the Bergen County Courthouse. The Court Plaza Complex provides a wide range of amenities and services within its three interconnected buildings including on-site property management and ownership, a full-service cafeteria, a fully-equipped fitness facility, an on-site bank, and on-site shoe shine/repair, dry cleaning and car detailing services.
