FORT WASHINGTON, PA—Locally-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates reports it has added four capital markets and asset services professionals to its operations here.

All four executives—Bob Yoshimura, Joe Hill, Eric Mattson and Bruce Gordon—until their respective moves to Lee & Associates, held executive-level positions with Cushman & Wakefield.

Yoshimura, Hill and Mattson, will continue to focus on institutional owners, such as large pension fund advisers, REITs, insurance companies and private equity investors. Bruce Gordon will leverage his deep Asset Services experience and relationships with high-profile clients and institutional owners of both office and industrial assets.

As principal leading the Asset Services group, Gordon also brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience along with a proven track record of growing this service line business to national commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates.

In September 2013, Yoshimura, Hill, Jr., and Gordon joined Cushman & Wakefield's Philadelphia office. Prior to joining C&W, Yoshimura, Hill and Gordon were with Flynn Company.

Yoshimura, Hill and Mattson collaboratively have collectively closed more than $8 billion in sales for clients such as TA Realty Associates, Brandywine Realty Trust, Liberty Property Trust, Washington Capital, Dermody Properties, First Industrial and many other leading real estate owners throughout the country.

Gordon served as managing director for Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania. He led the growth and expansion of Cushman & Wakefield's industrial property management portfolio from 2013 to 2019 for the Philadelphia market and expanded the portfolio to 22 million square feet. He has also served as director of property management for The Flynn Co..

Hill was a senior financial analyst in the Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group serving Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.

Mattson was director of investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield. He also previously served as managing director of investment sales at Professional Realty Advisors.

Yoshimura was an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield and is a former member of the Board of Advisors at Onex Real Estate Partners, L.P.,
