MBK Rental Living has already leased-up 50% of its new apartment project Mitchell Place in Murrieta. The developer opened the first phases of the project in June, and is now delivering the second half of the development.

Mitchell Place offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 787 to 1,409 square feet and featuring luxury interior finishes including modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, contemporary lighting, and distinctive wood-style flooring.

The neighborhood is gated. It features 78 flats and 152 townhomes overall with nine

floor plans. The rapid lease-up speaks to the strength of the rental market in the Inland Empire.
