College Factual has named The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate in the University of San Diego School of Business as the top real estate college in the country. The program has been awarded the prestigious designation for three consecutive years.

Students are responding to the quality program. USD School of Business has seen a dramatic increase in declared real estate majors and minors in 2019. To date, there are more than 180 students in the undergraduate real estate program, representing an approximate 405 growth from the year prior.

College Factual uses a strict methodology to develop the list of top real estate programs. The methodology includes education quality, average earnings of graduates, accreditation and several other relevant factors.
