Karinna Cassidy has been promoted to senior managing director to lead asset services in Los Angeles and Texas at Cushman & Wakefield. She has 30 years of experience serving both landlords and tenants.
In her new role, Karinna Cassidy will oversee the firm’s management of nearly 100 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product in Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Ventura County, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
Cassidy will report to Sandra Boyle, executive managing director, who was recently appointed to the role of West region lead for asset services.
