A local Los Angeles investor has acquired a CVS Pharmacy in a 1031 exchange. The 16,457-square-foot property traded hands for $7.3 million.
The property is located at 4501 W. Slauson Avenue in an ideal location, eight miles from Beverly Hills, Downtown L.A., Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey and Manhattan Beach.
Alan Krueger and Vanessa Haddad of CBRE represented the private buyer, a local investor, and the seller.
