MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – PS Business Parks Inc. has completed the sale of three business parks, located in Montgomery County, MD, in a $148.8 million transaction.
The three business parks consist of Metro Park North in Rockville, MD, Meadow Business Park in Silver Spring, MD and WesTech Business Park in Silver Spring, MD. The parks comprise a total of 28 buildings, representing 1.3 million square feet.
At Metro Park North, PS Business Parks retained a 113,000-square-foot, single-tenant government building and a long-term ground lease.
PS Business Parks Inc. is a REIT that specializes in acquiring, developing, owning and operating commercial properties, specifically industrial, flex and office spaces. The company currently owns 27.5 million rentable square feet.
