White Horse Logistics has signed a 327,928-square-foot lease at 12350 Philadelphia Street in Eastvale in the Inland Empire. The new location is the company's third facility in the Inland Empire, bringing its total footprint to 1 million square feet.

The new facility is adjacent to one of White Horse's existing warehouses and the final component of a three-building campus. The properties are extremely well situated, bordering major freeways and near the vibrant ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as other transit centers and facilities.

Dillon Dummit and Wayne Lamb, senior managing directors who specialize in Industrial Services at Savills, represented White Horse in the transaction and advise the company nationally.
