White Horse Logistics has signed a 327,928-square-foot lease at 12350 Philadelphia Street in Eastvale in the Inland Empire. The new location is the company’s third facility in the Inland Empire, bringing its total footprint to 1 million square feet.
The new facility is adjacent to one of White Horse’s existing warehouses and the final component of a three-building campus. The properties are extremely well situated, bordering major freeways and near the vibrant ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as other transit centers and facilities.
