Workplace experience firm Lane has expanded to Los Angeles. The firm is partnering with Brookfield Properties and Colliers International. The platform will help to drive best-in-class technology to connect workplace amenities, foster community, and drive tenant engagement at office properties in the market.

Thousands of DTLA office tenants are now using the Lane platform daily. Lane has connected over 50 retailers in the DTLA Core to the people who 2work, eat, exercise, and shop nearby each day. Lane provides these retailers with the ability to market themselves and effortlessly post exclusive, relevant and timely promotions.

In addition, Brookfield Properties will be able to streamline operations, connect stakeholders, communicate directly to building tenants, and improve awareness for internal events, programming and retail.
