The historic Woolworth Building has traded hands in Glendale. The property traded hands for $18 million between Bow Truss Capital and BrandWilson.

he 43,437-square-foot property is comprised of storefront retail on the ground floor and offices on the second floor. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including AT&T, Unify Credit Union, 85º and Regus.

Trevor Carl Nelson, managing director at Newmontis Real Estate Investment Management represented the seller in the deal, while Warren Berzack and Slavic Zlatkin, principals of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, who represented the buyer in the transaction.
