Majestic Realty has delivered Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village. The highly anticipated development will add 150 new hotel rooms to the South Las Vegas market.

This hotel represents prototypical guest room layouts of the Hyatt Place brand with customization to finishes and furniture, and larger kitchen spaces and meeting rooms, featuring 4,500 square-feet of meeting space. It is a mixed-use hospitality and retail center steps away from Silverton Casino.

Commerce Construction served as the contractor on the project and Merriman Anderson/Architects handled interior design and FF&E services.
