Flagship Healthcare Properties Fully Leases NC Building
The firm has secured two leases to occupy the 17,272-square-foot medical office property in Charlotte, NC.
CHARLOTTE, NC – Flagship Healthcare Properties has secured two leases within its class-A medical office building in Charlotte, NC.
The two-story medical office building, located at 1900 Scott Avenue within the Midtown neighborhood, is now at 100% occupancy.
The entire first floor of the building is leased by Veritas Collaborative, a national healthcare system for the treatment of eating disorders. The building’s second floor has been leased to Atrium Health, which plans to open a new pediatric practice in the space.
The 17,272-square-foot property is situated near Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center. The building offers on-building signage and a five per 1,000 surface parking ratio.
Davis Moore’s Sue Back represented Veritas Collaborative in the lease negotiations, and Marshall Williamson of Lincoln Harris represented Atrium Health in the transaction. Flagship Healthcare Properties’ Reed Griffith represented the building’s landlord in both deals.
