SINGAPORE – Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of Bugis Junction Towers in Singapore for $396 million.
The Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets team, led by executive director, Shaun Poh, secured the buyer, Village Prop Pte Ltd, on behalf of Keppel REIT.
Bugis Junction Towers is a 15-story office building within the integrated, mixed-use development of Bugis Junction. The building is comprised of 12 levels of office space, with two food and beverage spaces on the ground floor. The property has a net-lettable area of 248,853 square feet.
The building is host to various corporations as existing tenants, such as Enterprise Singapore, InterContinental Hotels Group and UCommune.
The building has additionally received the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum Award.
Cushman and Wakefield is a global real estate services firm with 51,000 employees in 400 office across 70 countries. The company had a revenue of $8.2 billion across core services in 2018.
