Florham Park Office Building Nabs TOBY Management Award

FLORHAM PARK, NJ—–The 180 Park Ave. office building will receive The Outstanding Building of the Year award for best managed building from the New Jersey chapter of the Building Owners and Management Association.

The TOBY award in the category in the 100,000-square-foot – to 249,999-square-foot office building category, will be bestowed to Transwestern Commercial Services, which provides leasing and property management services for the 228,350-square-foot property, at an awards banquet on Oct. 23 at The Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange.

“Receiving this distinction among industry peers is a testament to the level of service provided by our exceptional property management team,” says Transwestern partner and city leader James Postell. “The northern New Jersey office market remains incredibly active, and the team at 180 Park Ave. continuously ensures the property remains among the most competitive in the state.”

The 180 Park Ave. management team is led by portfolio manager Connie Calantropio, tenant coordinator Denise Gigi and assistant chief engineer Sylvester Roztoczynski. Leasing services for the property are led by Postell, VP Dan Ligorner and managing director Matt McDonough.
