DANIA BEACH, FL—Spirit Airlines plans to build a $250-million corporate headquarters campus here. The company expects to move into the new campus from its current headquarters at 2800 Executive Way in Miramar by mid-2022.

The airline, headquartered in South Florida for more than 20 years, has submitted site plans to the City of Dania Beach to build a campus up to 500,000 square feet at Kimco Realty's Dania Pointe, a mixed-use development comprised of nearly 1 million square feet of retail space, restaurants and housing.
