Michael Longi Tapped To Grow Avison Young Investment Sales in Las Vegas

Michael Longi has joined the firm as principal and managing director at Avison Young in the Las Vegas office. In the role, he will focus on growing the investment land and development land sales service lines at the firm.

Longi brings 17 years of commercial real estate investment sales experience to Avison Young, most recently as CEO of Realty Specialists, which he founded in 2002.

In his career, he has completed several hundred million dollars’ worth of investment property sales while focusing on land and multi-family property development transactions. His career includes working at Realty Executives as well as working in the transportation sector and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
