NEW YORK CITY – Paul Massey's B6 Real Estate Advisors, a New York City-based investment sales and capital advisory firm, has spearheaded a hiring effort to expand its new capital advisory platform, which combines proprietary technology and a territory system, said Joseph Tufariello, president of capital advisory at the firm.
B6 has agents in 21 territories throughout the New York tristate area and half are unfulfilled with capital advisory agents. The firm has room to add 15 to 20 real estate professionals in New York and 5 to 10 in New Jersey.
