1M More Square Feet Planned for Phoenix Office Market

Lincoln Property Co. and Harvard Investments partner to build Union, a 1.35 million-square-foot office building at the intersection of Mesa, Tempe and Scottsdale.

Lincoln Property Co. and Harvard Investments have partnered to build Union, a 1.35 million-square-foot office building at the intersection of Mesa, Tempe and Scottsdale. The class-A office building has broken ground, and will deliver in October 2020.

Union’s first building be 238,348 square feet and four stories with an adjacent four-level parking garage. Like all of the buildings planned at Union, building one will feature a modern glass exterior, an active first floor, large office floorplates with high ceilings, outdoor balconies and 10-foot vision glass providing sweeping views of the surrounding city and mountains, including the adjacent Riverview Park and Lake.

DAVIS is the project architect. Wespac is the general contractor. Lincoln Property Co. will serve as the project’s leasing agent and property manager.
