NEW YORK CITY – ATCO Properties & Management has completed four new leases and renewals totaling 25,127 square feet at 630 Third Ave., a 23-story, 252,000 square-foot class A office property located on the southeast corner of East 41st Street.

Law firm Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein LLP has signed a five-year in the largest lease transaction for a 10,193 square-foot lease renewal on a portion of the 17th floor. The firm has been at the Midtown East building since 2002 and will remain until 2024.

The Consulate General of Uzbekistan and Permanent Mission of Uzbekistan to the United Nations has completed a 10-year, 5,378-square-foot lease on a portion of the 5th floor. The new lease will commence on January 2020.

Cox, Padmore, Skolnik & Shakarchy, LLP completed a seven-year lease renewal for the law firm, and a one-year lease renewal for Katalyst Securities LLC, an independent brokerage firm. The law firm occupies 5,305 square feet on the 17th floor, and Katalyst is occupied 4,251 square feet on the 5th floor.
