TCC Launches Spec Industrial Project
Trammell Crow Co. and Washington Capital Management have broken ground on a 2.7 million square foot industrial project in Las Vegas known as Golden Triangle.
Currently under construction, the first phase of the project includes approximately one million square feet of industrial space. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed in September 2020.
CBRE Las Vegas’ Kevin Higgins and Donna Alderson are the leasing agents for the property.
